It looks like all the newer Nseries and all the Eseries will have Wifi, as well as the 9300i and 9500. Quite a range.

It'll be interesting to see how Wifi affects Nokia's marketshare in the US particularly, or whether the US networks will stock even less Nokia phones than their current meagre offerings.

I’ve long thought that the guy behind Nokia’s USA distribution strategy must be just a cardboard figure, one of those you see abandoned at trashcans right after trade shows and other exhibitions. Just think of it, first sales points include: Ritz Camera stores, Neiman Marcus holiday catalogue and CompUSA stores. They could also try Tupperware and swoop those moms off their feet.

You refer to US networks I also think that they are in the key position. If they take Nokia as part of their selection, then we will see Nokia’s market share to improve. In this case it is not about the product but distribution. In every sales job that I have done, I have come to notice that whatever one offers, one is also able to sell. Motorola must have US operators tightly in their pockets.
